Object | Raf Simons - Slim Fit Khaki Trousers

Much like our latest Déjà Vu, our first proper piece on a pair of pants is long overdue. I was surprised to see we haven't written about any before (though we have been diligent when it comes to shorts). Maybe it's because it's hard to find that pair of pants that jump out at you the way that shirts, sweaters and shoes often do.

This pair of slim fit khaki trousers, courtesy of Raf Simons, did manage to catch my eyes. Not because it adds any innovative elements ("twists") but rather because it does the classic so well. Simple and clean design, which is just the way it should be. I haven't tried these on personally but if they're anything like the wool trousers Raf did last fall, as far as fit and quality goes, these should be top of the line. And it doesn't hurt that South Willard has them marked down 70 percent either.
